I found this page on the inside cover of an old cookbook and thought it would be fun to share. 

 

It is a simple Spice Guide for the majors in savory cooking.  But let us not forget the beauty of a nice parsley or tarragon stem!  Do they even sell MSG anymore?  It has had a lot of bad press.  At last I know what Mace and Marjoram are for!
