I found this recipe on the internet for blue cheese dressing 11 years ago and it’s my most asked for. Sometimes I bring the dressing as a gift!
When I was searching for a recipe I literally typed in “the best blue cheese dressing” and this is what came up. I haven’t messed with it. I have substituted Roquefort cheese to switch it up and if I don’t feel like buying buttermilk I will use milk. I like to break up the cheese rather than buying the crumbles. I think the taste is better.
I use for the always popular wedge, a dip for parties, and even mix with Italian dressing to add a new twist for a salad.
