My website includes information delivered three different ways based on how you might like it best. Blogs to read, podcasts to listen to, and videos to watch. Close to the same information posted in 3 different places. That’s why you might see “Timing Dinner” under podcasts, blogs and videos.
I want to teach you how to cook, you can get recipes everywhere, but how you plan and execute a meal. My goal is to get you comfortable enough about foods and knowing how they react that you can cook meals without a recipe. To become a more intuitive cook. I also want to teach you why took cook a meal and I can help you what to cook. How, What and Why. Lastly, Meal planning. It is my Jam.
I can help three types of people. One, people just starting out learning to cook. Two, those that don’t enjoy cooking but have to, and three, those people that want to expand their knowledge. I am devoted to helping people that hate to cook and entertain. You may not like it, but I can teach you to do it well!
I have a advantage, I have been cooking for 44 years. I love to cook and I live to eat. Also, I am interested in cooking. I’d say cooking is my hobby. Those that eat to live, well, they are at a disadvantage. They could care less about food and putting a meal on the table. They think differently about food. I think I can help them the most.
Now let’s talk about party planning. So many people are nervous to have people over. I hope to take away the nervousness and help them be only slightly anxious. I will be posting more on all types of tips to help you be more organized and comfortable entertaining.
